Millennials might be waiting to purchase their first homes, but the majority of them still want one. In fact, Bank of America’s 2018 Homebuyer Insights Report found 72% of millennials say owning a home is a top priority. Only 50% of those surveyed said marriage was a top priority, and 44% said the same about having kids.
